About the role

We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer – .NET to help design, build, and evolve modern, cloud-native applications in complex environments.

You will work close to both business and technology, contributing to backend and fullstack solutions built on .NET, Azure, and microservice architectures. Many of our assignments involve modernization journeys – replacing legacy systems with robust, scalable platforms that support both current operations and future innovation.

Depending on your background, you may join as a Senior Software Engineer or take a more technical leadership role, with responsibility for solution design, architecture decisions, and engineering best practices.

You will be part of cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with product owners, architects, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, maintainable, and deliver real business value.

What you will do

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your profile and assignment, but may include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining backend and fullstack services using .NET (C#)

• Building and consuming REST APIs and working with microservice-based architectures

• Developing cloud-native solutions in Microsoft Azure

• Working with databases and data access layers (SQL, ORM frameworks)

• Collaborating with frontend developers using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript

• Contributing to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices together with platform teams

• Ensuring high code quality through testing, code reviews, and clean code principles

• Working in agile teams using Scrum or similar frameworks

• Translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa

Your profile

We believe you are a senior engineer who enjoys taking ownership of solutions and contributing beyond just writing code.

You likely have:

• Several years of experience working professionally with .NET and C#

• Solid understanding of microservices, APIs, and distributed systems

• Experience working in Microsoft Azure environments

• Fullstack experience, including React or similar frontend frameworks

• A strong engineering mindset with focus on quality, maintainability, and security

• Comfort working close to both business stakeholders and technical teams

• Fluent English skills

For more senior profiles, we also expect

• Ability to take ownership of technical solutions or parts of a platform

• Experience influencing architecture, standards, and ways of working

• Confidence operating in complex or enterprise-scale environments

• Willingness to mentor or support other engineers

Meriting experience

• Event-driven architectures, CQRS, or messaging (e.g. Service Bus, RabbitMQ)

• API gateways, GraphQL, or gRPC

• Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, AKS)

• DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipelines

• Experience from industrial, automotive, or other regulated domains

• Agile, cross-functional ways of working
