About the role

We are looking for a Master Data Specialist to help design, build, and establish robust Master Data Management capabilities in complex organizations.

You will work in environments where legacy solutions are being replaced by a modern MDM platform (Profisee + Snowflake), with a clear ambition to create trusted, governed master data for both operations and analytics.

Depending on your background, you may join as a Master Data Specialist or Senior Master Data Specialist, with opportunities to take ownership of domains such as Product, Customer, or Supplier master data and influence how MDM is implemented and scaled.

You will be part of a cross-functional setup, working closely with data engineers, platform teams, and business stakeholders to ensure master data actually works in practice.

What you will do

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your profile, but may include:

• Designing and maintaining master data models (Product, Customer, Supplier, etc.)

• Working hands-on with MDM platforms (Profisee) to configure entities, hierarchies, rules, and workflows

• Defining and enforcing data quality rules, governance principles, and stewardship processes

• Supporting data migration and consolidation from legacy systems

• Specifying and validating integrations between MDM, source systems, and analytics platforms (Snowflake)

• Collaborating in agile teams, working in sprints tracked in Jira

• Acting as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation

Your profile

We believe you have made Master Data Management your professional focus and are comfortable taking responsibility for master data in production environments.

• Several years of experience working with operational Master Data Management

• Hands-on experience with product, customer, or supplier master data

• Strong understanding of data quality, governance, and stewardship

• Comfortable working close to the business as well as with technical teams

• Good knowledge of SQL and data structures

• Fluent Swedish skills

For more senior roles, we also expect:

• Ability to take ownership of MDM domains or solutions

• Experience driving structure, principles, and long-term ways of working

• Confidence operating in complex or regulated environments

• Mentoring or supporting others within data or master data roles

Meriting experience

• Profisee or other MDM platforms (e.g. Informatica, Reltio, SAP MDG)

• Snowflake or modern analytics platforms

• ERP-, PIM-, or PLM-related master data

• Data migration or large-scale master data consolidation

• Healthcare, medtech, industrial or other regulated domains

• Agile ways of working and cross-functional collaboration
