About the role

We are expanding our capabilities within Identity & Access Management (IAM) and are looking for professionals at different experience levels- from IAM Business Analysts to senior IAM Architects.

In this role, you will work at the intersection of security, technology, and business, helping organizations design, govern, and evolve their identity and access solutions. Depending on your background, you will focus more on architecture and technical strategy or on business analysis, requirements, and stakeholder collaboration.

You will be part of security-critical initiatives where identity, access, and compliance are central to how the organization operates. For this role, fluency in Swedish is a must as well as Swedish citizenship.

What you will do

Your responsibilities will vary depending on your experience, but may include:

• Analyzing business, security, and regulatory needs related to identity and access

• Translating business requirements into IAM solutions, processes, and architectures

• Designing IAM solution architectures or supporting them through structured analysis

• Acting as a bridge between business stakeholders, service owners, and technical teams

• Facilitating workshops, interviews, and requirement-gathering sessions

• Creating clear documentation such as requirements, process flows, solution descriptions, and architectural views

• Supporting testing, validation, and quality assurance of IAM solutions

• Ensuring compliance with internal policies, security standards, and regulatory frameworks

• Communicating complex IAM concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

• Contributing to long-term IAM strategy, governance, and continuous improvement

Your profile

We believe you have at least 5 years experience working within IAM, access management, or identity-related security, and feel comfortable taking responsibility within your area of expertise.

You may come from a more analytical or more architectural background - what matters most is your ability to understand identity as a critical business and security capability.

You have experience in several of the following areas:

• Identity & Access Management concepts and platforms

• Access management, identity lifecycle, and governance

• Privileged access or elevated access controls

• Policy models such as RBAC, ABAC, or PBAC

• Identity federation, SSO, and authentication mechanisms

• Zero Trust principles and security frameworks

• IAM-related compliance and regulatory requirements

• System integration and IAM processes across organizations

For more senior profiles, we also expect:

• Experience designing or governing IAM architectures

• Ability to guide technical direction and influence stakeholders

• Translating enterprise architecture vision into IAM domain architecture

• Working in large, complex, or regulated environments

For more analyst-oriented profiles, we also value:

• Strong experience in requirements management and documentation

• Workshop facilitation and stakeholder coordination

• Testing, validation, and quality assurance of IAM solutions

• Familiarity with agile ways of working and tools such as Jira or Confluence
