About the role
We are looking for Swedish-speaking Cloud Developers to help build secure, scalable, and well-designed solutions in public cloud environments.

Depending on your background and experience, you may join us as a Cloud Developer or Senior Cloud Developer, with opportunities to take on deeper technical responsibility and influence architecture and ways of working.

You will be part of a cross-functional team, working closely with product, platform, and security to deliver business value at speed — on a paved road with strong automation, Infrastructure as Code, and solid observability.

What you will do
Your responsibilities will vary depending on your profile, but may include:

• Designing and developing microservices, APIs, and event-driven solutions in AWS and/or Azure

• Automating infrastructure using Terraform and/or Bicep, and deploying through CI/CD pipelines (e.g. GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps)

• Running and optimizing containers (Docker/Kubernetes) and/or serverless solutions

• Implementing security as code: identity and access management, secrets, networking, and policy guardrails

• Setting up observability (logs, metrics, traces), defining SLOs, and optimizing performance and cost (FinOps)

• Working with modern deployment strategies such as blue/green, canary releases, and feature flags

For some roles there is an extra spice of AI:

• Developing RAG ingestion pipelines

• Building chatbots for interaction with statistical and time-series data

• Training or integrating ML models to complement traditional statistical methods

Your profile
We believe you have solid experience as a developer and feel comfortable taking responsibility for cloud-based systems in production.

• Several years of experience as a software developer, with hands-on experience in public cloud (AWS or Azure)

• Strong skills in TypeScript, Java, Go or Python (at least one)

• Experience with REST/gRPC, asynchronous patterns (queues, events), and distributed systems

• Familiar with IaC, CI/CD, containers, and managed cloud services (databases, caches, streaming)

• Good understanding of non-functional requirements: security, performance, availability, and cost

• A true “you build it, you run it” mindset

• Fluent Swedish skills

For more senior roles, we also expect:

• Ability to drive technical decisions and mentor others

• Experience designing systems for scale, resilience, and long-term maintainability

• Confidence working in complex or regulated environments

Meriting experience

• Kubernetes in production (Helm, Operators), service mesh, API gateways

• Data and AI pipelines (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Kinesis, Event Hubs) and MLOps

• Language models, RAG architectures, or AI-enabled applications

• Time-series databases

• Edge or disconnected solutions, IoT/OT integration

• Experience in regulated environments (ISO, NIST) and compliance automation

• Observability stacks such as OpenTelemetry, Prometheus, Grafana
