About the role

We are looking for AI Engineers with a strong Python background who want to work close to real systems, real data, and real impact.
This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy combining AI, software engineering, and infrastructure, and who are comfortable working in on-prem or hybrid cloud environments, often integrated with Azure.

You will work as a consultant in technically advanced environments, taking responsibility from idea to production together with experienced teams.

What you will do

Depending on the assignment and your experience, you will:

• Design, build, and maintain AI/ML solutions in Python

• Work with on-prem cloud environments and hybrid architectures connected to Azure

• Develop, train, and deploy ML models used in production systems

• Build data pipelines for training, inference, and evaluation

• Collaborate closely with software engineers, cloud specialists, and domain experts

• Take responsibility for robustness, performance, security, and maintainability

• Contribute to architecture decisions and technical direction

Your profile

We believe you are a goal-oriented and driven engineer who enjoys solving complex problems and taking ownership.

• Strong experience in Python for AI/ML or advanced data processing

• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn)

• Experience working in on-prem environments, private cloud, or hybrid setups

• Familiarity with Azure (compute, networking, identity, or AI services)

• Solid software engineering mindset — not just notebooks

• Comfortable working close to infrastructure and production systems

• Fluent in Swedish

For senior profiles, we also value:

• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production

• Ability to guide technical direction and mentor others

• Confidence working in complex, security-conscious environments

Nice to have

• MLOps, model lifecycle management, CI/CD for ML

• Containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Data engineering or streaming pipelines

• Experience from regulated or high-reliability environments

• Background in cloud, platform, or backend engineering
