DevOps Engineer

You will work across development teams, product owners, engineering functions, and leadership to create transparency, identify bottlenecks, and improve the flow of work throughout the software development lifecycle.

This is the right role for someone who enjoys combining technology, data, and collaboration to help engineering teams work smarter and deliver more predictably.

About the role

As a DevOps Engineer, you will focus on understanding and continuously improving the flow of software development.

You will monitor how work moves through teams and projects, visualize and report on delivery flows, and use those insights to identify where things slow down or become unnecessarily complex.

A key part of the role is working across organizational boundaries — bringing teams together, making challenges visible, and helping turn insights into practical improvements.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and analyze flow throughout the software development lifecycle

• Visualize and report on project and team delivery flows

• Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and areas for improvement

• Help teams improve efficiency and predictability in software delivery

• Guide continuous improvement initiatives based on flow and delivery insights

• Work closely with product owners and development teams

• Collaborate with Software Factory teams and leadership

• Create greater transparency around delivery performance and development processes

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who understands modern software development and knows how to turn delivery data into meaningful improvements.

You are comfortable working across development teams and stakeholders, analyzing how work actually flows through an organization, and helping teams improve the way software is delivered.

Experience within DevOps, software delivery, flow management, or continuous improvement in software engineering environments is highly relevant for the role.
