We’re looking for a Tech Lead to join a global team driving the development and operations of large-scale e-commerce and customer portal solutions. About the Role

As a Tech Lead, you will be part of a global delivery team responsible for developing and evolving modern digital solutions used by customers worldwide.

You’ll work closely with developers, architects, business stakeholders, and partners to ensure scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions. The role combines technical leadership with hands-on development and DevOps work, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution.

This is not just a coordination role. You’ll actively contribute to software development, architecture decisions, and continuous improvements while helping the team deliver long-term business value.

What You’ll Do

• Provide technical leadership within the delivery team

• Drive and support software development, architecture, and engineering initiatives

• Work hands-on with development and DevOps practices

• Contribute to cloud infrastructure, tooling, and automation

• Ensure solution architecture aligns with domain and enterprise architecture

• Drive technical and architectural decisions for scalable and reusable solutions

• Improve development processes, performance, and delivery quality

• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and external partners

• Promote engineering best practices across the team

• Support and mentor developers where needed

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within software development

• Experience leading development teams or technical initiatives

• Strong experience with full-stack web development

• Frontend experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular

• Backend development experience in .NET

• Good understanding of REST APIs and API-oriented architectures

• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure

• Experience working with DevOps methodologies and CI/CD processes

• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jira, Pulumi, or similar

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work effectively in complex global organizations

Nice to Have

• Experience with Elastic

• Experience from global eCommerce platforms

• Knowledge of enterprise architecture principles

• Experience working in agile product organizations

• Understanding of end-to-end software delivery lifecycle processes
