We are now looking for a Senior DevSecOps Engineer with strong expertise in Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management to join a complex enterprise environment where identity, cloud, automation, and security come together.

You will join an Access Management team working with business-critical identity and access solutions in Microsoft Azure.

This is the right role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical problems, working hands-on, and building security into solutions from the start.

About the role

As a Senior DevSecOps Engineer focused on Entra ID and IAM, you will work across the full lifecycle of identity and access solutions — from design and implementation to automation, optimization, and troubleshooting.

The environment is technically complex, with security at its core. You will collaborate with other engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and turn them into secure, scalable, and practical solutions.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement secure identity and access solutions in Microsoft Entra ID

• Improve and automate IAM and Access Management processes

• Build solutions for authentication, authorization, federated SSO, and access governance

• Automate operational and identity-related workflows using PowerShell

• Apply Infrastructure as Code and configuration management principles

• Manage and optimize Azure environments with security, performance, and scalability in focus

• Troubleshoot complex identity and access issues across enterprise environments

• Collaborate with engineering teams to solve technical challenges and continuously improve the platform

On-call duties may become part of the role.

What we’re looking for

You have a strong background in Entra ID, IAM, and Azure and are comfortable working hands-on in complex technical environments.

We believe you bring:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID and Identity & Access Management

• Solid knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, JIT, JEA, and Access Reviews

• Experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and federated SSO

• Very strong PowerShell skills

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities

• Professional fluency in both Swedish and English

Experience working with Azure across multiple environments is highly valued.

• Non-Human Identities (NHI)

• Active Directory and ADFS

• Azure logging and Microsoft Defender

• Azure Landing Zones

• Terraform, Python, or Ansible

• GitOps and Infrastructure as Code
