About the Role

We’re looking for a driven AI Transformation Lead who wants to turn AI from experimentation into real, structured business value. You’ll take ownership of AI journey - shaping the roadmap, establishing governance, and ensuring secure, responsible implementation across the organization.

Working at the intersection of business, IT, and leadership, you’ll align initiatives with strategy, connect efforts across teams, and foster a culture where people feel confident exploring and adopting AI.

What You'll do

• Defining and driving the AI roadmap, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business strategy and deliver measurable value.

• Establishing governance frameworks, guardrails, and secure ways of working to ensure responsible and sustainable AI adoption.

• Creating structure and visibility across AI initiatives, prioritizing efforts and coordinating stakeholders across functions.

• Leading change management efforts to accelerate adoption and build AI capabilities across teams with varying maturity levels.

• Building and nurturing a company-wide AI community that encourages experimentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning.

What We're Looking For

• Experience leading AI or technology projects in a company-wide setting

• Good understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible use of data

• Experience helping teams adopt new technology and ways of working

• Comfortable working hands-on but also able to plan and guide long-term strategy

• Strong skills in working with different teams and leaders across the company

• Clear communicator who can explain complex ideas in a simple way
