The role

As a full‑stack developer, you’ll move easily between frontend and backend, building features that power both the web product and the mobile app. One day you might polish a piece of UI or build an internal tool; the next, you’re diving into backend code, extending APIs, or connecting real-time data flows. You’ll test, ship, and improve continuously — with CI/CD and AI tools as a natural part of your workflow. You move fast, make quick decisions, and trust you to take things from idea to release without hand‑holding.

Who you are

You know how systems really work — not just how to write code, but how everything fits together. You’ve tried AI-assisted development and know how to spot when it gets things wrong. You enjoy tight feedback loops, high autonomy, and collaborating in a small crew where everyone’s voice matters. Clear communication, ownership, and curiosity are things you naturally bring to the table.

Tech you will work with

Python, backend development, and API design form the core of what is build. You will use relational databases (mostly MySQL) and CI/CD pipelines to keep things running smoothly. Experience with Flutter, IoT integrations, or time-series data is a plus. If you’ve dealt with optimization problems around energy or scheduling, even better — you’ll feel right at home here.
